Men and Dating - Fear Of Rejection.

One of the many reasons some men have trouble asking for a woman for a date is fear of rejection. After all, she might say “No”. Confidence dashed, ego in shreds….you “chicken” out and walk away thinking there must be something wrong with yourself. Why am I so scared? How will I ever find the woman of my dreams?

Sometimes it’s a lack of self-confidence that holds men back from asking for a date. Just being able to talk to a woman is a major challenge. If you don’t feel good about yourself, or don’t believe that a woman would see you as being attractive or interesting, you’re beaten before you start. You’re probably projecting a poor self-image even before you get within ten feet of your prospective date.

Working on your self-confidence is essential. You know you’re a great guy, you know that you have a lot to offer a relationship. Start believing in yourself and “be yourself”. Putting yourself out there in a honest, open manner will attract women who are interested in getting to know you.

Being afraid of rejection is totally natural. Nobody likes being rejected, but it does happen. Persistence is the key that unlocks many doors.

And here’s a little secret, it might have nothing at all to do with how you approached the girl, what you said, or didn’t say, or even your appearance.

Sometimes, it has nothing to do with you at all!
