# Start by thinking about what brought you and your ex together in the first place. How did your romance begin? What was it that he saw in you that was so appealing?

Really look hard at yourself. Maybe you’ve gained a few extra pounds or you’ve changed the way you dress or you’ve altered your hairstyle. Little and big things such as these could have a telling impact on how your ex boyfriend now sees you.

Remember, when he first asked you out, you were a single person. But, as the dating progressed, you became a couple. In the process, you more than likely chose to give up some of your hobbies or activities and maybe isolated yourself from your friends. In short, you changed, you stopped being the girl he initially dated because you somehow thought this is what you had to do in order to keep your boyfriend happy.

However, it backfired! Your ex may have become bored with the “new” you, the “you” that you changed into for him! Sucks, doesn’t it?
